If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products email with a purchase number and two sentences providing the reason for the return or refund. We will review the information and email you a return shipping label to ship the products back to us.

Broken or Incorrect items

If your item arrives broken or incorrect email with a picture of the broken or incorrect item next to the shipping box and the shipping label. There is a 10 day period to report broken or incorrect items. Once reviewed we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order upon arrival email with your purchase order number and a description of what is missing. There is a 10 day period to report missing items. Once the missing item is confirmed we will issue a replacement as soon as possible. If your claim is that your entire package never arrived or that your item was stolen from your doorstep and USPS tracking shows that the item was delivered correctly you will need to contact USPS and file a claim or contact local police for stolen mail.
