Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund. Our 100% quality guarantee only applies for purchases made through www.bammmer.com.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products email firstname.lastname@example.org with a purchase number and two sentences providing the reason for the return or refund. We will review the information and email you a return shipping label to ship the products back to us.
Once your return or refund is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2-3 business days.

Items that have been excessively used and then returned.
CBD and CBG Flower:
If 1 gram or more of CBD or CBG flower is missing from an individual order your item cannot be refunded or returned.
CBD and CBG Kief:
If .3 grams or more of CBD or CBG kief is missing from an individual order your order cannot be refunded or returned.
Broken or Incorrect items
If your item arrives broken or incorrect email email@example.com with a picture of the broken or incorrect item next to the shipping box and the shipping label. There is a 10 day period to report broken or incorrect items. Once reviewed we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
If an item is missing from your order upon arrival email firstname.lastname@example.org with your purchase order number and a description of what is missing. There is a 10 day period to report missing items. Once the missing item is confirmed we will issue a replacement as soon as possible. If your claim is that your entire package never arrived or that your item was stolen from your doorstep and USPS tracking shows that the item was delivered correctly you will need to contact USPS and file a claim or contact local police for stolen mail.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
